Salesforce seeks a Senior Program Architect at our San Francisco, CA office located at 415 Mission Street, 94105. 1 position is available on this team. Job Duties: Organize, lead, manage and continuously improve Advisory services practices. Lead a high-performing Advisory delivery organization, consisting of experienced technologists and consultants. Serve as a Trusted Advisor to customer senior leadership, drive conversations with Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance. Contribute to a transformational program vision/roadmap by advising the customer and partner on their IT operating model, including API lifecycle, reuse strategies, and organizational capabilities to support strategic business objectives. Drive the creation of program level application and technical architecture documents. Perform capability, architecture, and design reviews, while troubleshooting key customer implementation issues, and demonstrating the ability to drive to successful resolution. Review and pro-actively correct project direction, approach, and key artifacts. Telecommuting is an option. May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering or three (3) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering or five (5) years of experience in the job offered. Training will not be provided to applicants. Special Skill Requirements: (1) ExtJS; (2) Bootstrap; (3) Node JS; (4) Mongo DB; (5) HTML5 and CSS3; (6) Java and J2ee; (7) Oracle; (8) SOA; (9) APIs; and (10) Webservices.
