Salesforce seeks a Product Management Senior Manager at our Burlington, MA office located at 5 Wall Street, 01803. 1 position is available on this team. Job Duties: Work with Engineering to monitor the release process and tightly integrate and balance functionality and feasibility. Monitor and maintain the implementation timeline with a focus on the underlying architecture. Act as the product owner and drive the product vision through product delivery, company enablement, and customer/partner adoption. Partner globally with enterprise customers, prospects, partners, developers, and industry resources to determine business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives. Capture and document market needs, product requirements, and developer experience necessary to succeed in the markets we serve. Collaborate with the broader product management team across Salesforce to ensure the product meets market demands. Collaborate with the client-facing teams (sales, support, services, training, etc.) to ensure these teams are enabled on new product/feature delivery. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the field of business analysis or systems analysis or four (4)  years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of business analysis or systems analysis or six (6) years of experience in the job offered. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Product Roadmap Strategizing; (2) Beta testing and user acceptance testing; (3) API Management; (4) Agile methodologies; (5) Prototyping; (6) Competitive analysis; (7) Experience planning, tracking and managing agile software development projects; (8) Scrum and Kanban. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted.
