Criteria Development is currently seeking to hire an experienced Residential Subdivision Land Designer to join our Engineering team. The successful Residential Subdivision Land Designer has...

• Completed construction projects to include, site design, land development and land use permitting by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications
• Designed construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
• Prepared engineering designs by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
• Provided accurate information by answering questions and requests to a variety of audiences including Owners, clients, customers, and colleagues.

The successful Residential Subdivision Land Designer will also...

• Contribute effectively to the Team by accomplishing proven results.
• Maintain strong organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills.
• Have extensive knowledge using AutoCAD/Civil3d
• Have a strong work ethic and a strong desire for a rewarding and exciting career.
