This role supports the government cyber lead and provides cybersecurity support for advanced software-intensive technologies to include additive manufacturing, conditioned-based maintenance, augmented reality/virtual reality, cloud-based infrastructure and services, and robotics. This role is the UDRI Information Systems Security Officer ISSO for RSO AM projects. A detailed description of an ISSO’s responsibilities can be viewed here:

Minimum Qualifications
• Associate's degree with a minimum 3 years' experience
• Current Security+ certification.
• Experience in Information Systems (IS) Security.
• Meets DoD 8570.1 Certification Requirements as an IA Technical Category II.
• Experience controlling, labeling, virus scanning, auditing tools, and secure data transfer between information systems.
• Proficiency of the DoD O-5205.07, Volume 3; ICD-705 and applicable DoD physical security manuals and directives.
• IAT or IAM Level II certifications.
• Additive Manufacturing Cybersecurity Experience.
• US citizen.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years' of experience
• IAM or IAT level 3 certifications
• Certified Authorization Professional certification
• Certified CompTIA certification
• Type Authority To Operate accreditation process experience
• Non Traditional network node cybersecurity experience
• Fast Track ATO RMF process experience or training
• Threat modeling experience incorporating non traditional network nodes

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide.
