Job Summary
We are looking for an Expert Level Chemical Engineer with experience. The position is to provide air permitting and compliance support to a chemical manufacturing facility.

Job Description
  • Develop and submit air permit applications for projects
  • Complete air emissions inventories for site, work on improvements to emissions inventory calculations
  • Complete and submit regulatory reports (e.g., MACT, Title V, etc.)
  • Evaluate proposed changes to manufacturing areas to determine need to permit
  • Lead efforts related to compliance with MON MACT regulatory changes associated with Maintenance Vents
  • Serve as resource to evaluate process upsets and determine need for reporting
  • Other tasks related to air compliance as required
 Skills Required
  • Desired experience in air permitting and compliance in a chemical facility.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience air permitting / compliance for a manufacturing facility or Masters degree and 7 years of experience.
  • Education Minimum Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent
  • Education Preferred - master’s degree
 Additional Requirements
  • Shift: AM - 08:00 AM
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in alignment with CDC which is two weeks after completing the two-dose vaccine regimen or two weeks after completing the one-dose regimen.
  • To disclose the vaccination status and if fully vaccinated, provide proof of vaccination status to Occupational Medicine. To comply with state, local and customer requirements.
Pay Rate/Salary:
  • Up to $66.99 per hour depending on experience
