University’s mission.  As we enter into a comprehensive fundraising campaign, we are
growing our exceptional team of passionate, mission-driven Advancement professionals, looking for an Information System Specialist.

The Information Systems Specialist will be working with fundraising systems used by the Advancement Division in order to support, maintain and continuously improve the division's data analytics and reporting. This position will work in collaboration with other units within Advancement. Main responsibilities include report/dashboard creation, ad hoc data requests, Affinaquest Salesforce support, Team Dynamix workflow and support for various applications used in the division.


Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS program OR 3 years equivalent work experience in the information systems field.
Minimum 1-year experience in an information technology position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Experience with database management applications and reporting tools.
MSSQL, Salesforce, and Affinaquest experience.
Outstanding grammar skills.
Ability to talk with technical and non-technical people.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be well organized, and be self-motivated.
Commitment to the University's Catholic/Marianist character, personal integrity, and strong work ethic.
Experience with database management applications and reporting tools.

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide.
