We have an immediate need for a Director of Land Development to join a well-established Engineering firm in Austin, TX. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Director of Land Development opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- 15+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of management for large-scale projects
- Understanding of entitlement, engineering, permitting, and Construction Documents
- Experience with single-family homes, manufactured homes, and RV resorts
- Must have the ability to travel as needed
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
