We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with civil experience to join a well-established Construction firm in Ocean City, MD. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience
- Professional Engineer preferred but not required
- 5+ years in Construction, Land Development, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or similar
- Experience with ground-up construction and renovations
- Knowledge of current building codes, zoning, and permit requirements
- Travel required
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary!
