Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Technical Engineer to fill the Design-Build Engineer vacancy located in Olympia, WA. This State Design-Build Engineer is a member of the State Construction Office Design-Build (DB) Program. In this role, you will manage the development and maintenance of the Department’s Design-Build project delivery documents, including formalized processes, procedures, template documents, guidance manuals and training to support Design-Build project delivery throughout the agency. As the Design-Build Engineer you will be responsible for drafting agency policy and coordinating with stakeholder groups as necessary for review and concurrence. Our top candidate must have exceptional communication skills, as this position will work directly with agency executives and management.
