Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Documentation Manager to join the Puget Sound Gateway Program Megaprogram to support the delivery of multiple design-build projects.  The program is fully funded through the Connecting Washington, Move Ahead Washington programs and tolling revenue.
This position will have the oversight and management of all program documentation activities on multiple complex projects on this Megaprogram.  Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, this position will function as senior documentation control specialist responsible for ensuring all document control procedures meet WSDOT, State and Federal requirements and provide training to appropriate project staff within the Program and other WSDOT staff to ensure these procedures are followed by all members of the Gateway team.  This position will coordinate will professional and technical engineers within WSDOT (including consultants).
