The position is responsible for our business segment’s process and project engineering capability which supports a multi-state network of liquid pipeline, processing, and storage assets. The capability is primarily responsible for all O&M and maintenance capital engineering projects as well as growth capital projects up to ~$20MM.

Details:
- Direct and supervise process and project engineering activities, including but not limited to:
- NGL processing systems and appurtenances
- NGL processing plant operations and optimization
- Construction planning, scheduling and implementation
- Material/equipment specifications and selection processes
- Environmental projects
- Analyzing and evaluating of processing performance
- Recommending improvements and/or modifications to various systems
- Performance economic calculations
- Maintenance and Growth Capital budgeting, forecasting and execution
- Provide technical and process engineering assistance to other departments, management, governmental and regulatory agencies, company attorneys, industry groups and others on matters related to:
- Maintenance and Growth Capital budgets for new NGL processing projects
- Design criteria for NGL processing equipment or process systems
- Governmental rules, regulations, codes and standards
- Processing plant analyses and recommendations
- Process equipment specifications, bid proposals and/or selections
- Construction cost estimates, contracts and/or operating agreements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering with previous engineering and the following experience
