Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 3 to fill a vacancy located in Spokane, WA. This position will be responsible for Right of Way (ROW) plan review and plan development as well as providing technical guidance for ROW and limited access control.
