We have an immediate need for a Construction QC Manager with Department of Defense experience to join a well-established Design Build firm in Virginia Beach, VA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction QC Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, or related
- LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred
- Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate is required
- 5+ years of commercial construction industry experience
- Experience with quality control for the Department of Defense
- Ability to complete pre-inspections, post inspections, and audits
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
