Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a Cadastral Services Manager in in Vancouver, WA to represent the Southwest Region Survey/Cadastral Department and serve as a technical program specialist. In this role, you will be responsible to provide oversight of all Right-of-Way (ROW) plan modification processes, which allows ROW acquisitions to occur, and makes possible the delivery of all Southwest Region projects. As a technical specialist, you will manage and supervise the Right of Way/Cadastral Office and provide technical guidance to the Professional Land Surveyors in the Engineering Offices within the Southwest Region. Additionally, in this role, you will serve as an expert on survey information in the collection and analysis of ROW control, monumentation, property boundaries and other related issues.
