We have an immediate need for a Project Architect with multi-family project experience to join a well-established Architecture firm in Los Angeles, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect in California
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Proficient in code analysis, especially with regard to Type V, Type III and Type I construction
- Experienced in the planning of multifamily affordable housing
- Proficient in Revit
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary!
