Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Information Technology Division (ITD) is currently seeking a skilled professional to serve as an IT System Administration in Tumwater, WA. This position is a journey level technical resource responsible for the installation, maintenance, and use of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management, Capture, and Retention Management platform. This position maintains and modernizes the Agency Wide ECM Services layer and also creates, maintains, and supports ECM centric solutions as part of the Solution Development & Modernization Team. The person in this role will use strong project management methodologies to conduct patching and upgrades to the ECM Platform as well as the ECM centric solutions built by the team. In this role, you will also meet with customers, other ITD resources, and the ECM Vendor to provide ECM technical knowledge to implement and support the continuous modernization of applications provided by the team.
