JOB SUMMARY:
The Development Engineer reviews land use actions and developer projects for compliance with the Yakima Municipal Codes (YMC). Assists in the processing of public information and other development services relative to engineering functions. Performs a variety of professional engineering duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field and four (4) years of civil engineering related experience. High School Diploma or GED and four (4) additional years of work experience may sub for the Bachelor’s Degree.
Must obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License.
