Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong background in the construction and engineering industry to serve as the Program Development Manager for the Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) Program. This bi-state, multi-agency program is currently advancing pre-design, preparing to enter environmental analysis and development of a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement. As of March 2022, the two states have allocated $90 million toward program development. This position participates in the program development and delivery of a bi-state design and construction program for the IBR program and is responsible for the strategic planning and leadership necessary to ensure the successful completion of the program. Responsibilities include technical and engineering coordination with ODOT, WSDOT, FHWA, FTA, TriMet, C-Tran, Metro, RTC, City of Portland, City of Vancouver, as well as other stakeholders.
