We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with commercial experience to join a well-established contractor in Morgan Hill, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related
- 5-10+ years of industry experience
- High-rise experience preferred, not required
- Experience with Glazing
- Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract documents
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Autodesk, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Revit
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
