We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with wood frame experience to join a well-established developer in Worcester, MA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Experience with wood frame multi-family projects
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, etc
- Ability to provide estimates on projects and planning
- Proficient in ProCore, MS Project, and Quickbooks
Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
