Vancouver, BC; Saskatoon, SK; Whitehorse, YT; Remote - Full-Time Permanent

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Project Manager III is responsible to provide leadership and management of projects and programs for Ensero clients with an emphasis on our environmental assessments and monitoring business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides direction and leads the performance of Ensero’s environmental planning, assessments and environmental monitoring programs.
  • Works collaboratively with technical and field teams, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve project environmental design aspects and streamline processes.
  • Develops an integrated project schedule including the critical path for the end-to-end tasks and activities necessary to successfully implement projects.
  • Manages summary reporting and technical reporting for internal and external (e.g. regulatory applications) requirements.
  • Ensures projects are delivered on schedule and budget, and meet technical requirements of Ensero clients and regulatory agencies
  • Works with the Project Director and Site Manager to ensure resources and dependencies are identified and assigned to the project.
  • Interface and communicate with various levels of government, stakeholders and local communities.
  • Develop relationships with our Indigenous partners and create meaningful opportunities including employment, training and business development.
  • Develop professional and business relationships across the industry to better advance Ensero’s growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Supports risk analysis with project management.
  • Monitor and promote environmental, health and safety compliance and culture.
  • All other related duties as required.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, environmental studies or engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional Certification an asset.
  • Experience working in environmental consulting or project consulting settings.
  • Previous experience working with federal, territorial, provincial or local governments is an asset.
