We are looking for a Project Manager who is currently in Guernsey or willing to Relocate to the Channel Islands.

• Review of client pre-construction information to help influence the development of project scope and deliverables
• Understand and challenge technical documents relating to design and construction
• Recommend if additional external resources are required to support the project deliverables
• To help review and manage project safety controls and coordinate project safety inspections and identify trends for improvements

You must be:

• A proactive and energetic approach to performing tasks, self-motivated
• Good interpersonal skills to enable effective working relationships to be developed
• An ability to deliver results, with a minimum of supervision, to meet agreed output dates
• Computer literate and able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in working in a Facilities Management environment, or within a team constructing new building projects, will be an advantage
