We have an immediate need for an Architectural Department Head to join a well-established Architecture firm in San Luis Obispo, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Architectural Department Head opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in California
- LEED certification preferred, not required
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Experience managing the team´s time and resources to meet project´s set budget, goals and client expectations
- Knowledge of commercial, industrial, public safety, multifamily residential, and mixed-use
- Proficient in Revit, CAD, and BIM
- Bilingual is a plus!
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
