Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Development Division is currently seeking Transportation Engineer 4 (In-Training) to serve as the Agreement Compliance Engineer in Western, WA. The Agreements Compliance Engineer performs essential functions of Headquarters Contract Services Office. This position performs professional level consultant contract administration, acquisition and execution associated with statewide project development. This position will facilitate and maintain statewide consultant contracting procedures in accordance with State and Federal regulations. The Agreements Compliance Engineer provides guidance and training to headquarters and regional consultant liaison engineers, program managers and project engineers/manager regarding contract pricing and procurement procedures.
Note: This position has an in-training plan that can be filled at the Transportation Engineer 2,3 or 4 level.
