We have an immediate need for a Project Architect with mixed-use and residential experience to join a well-established Architecture firm in Seattle, Washington. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect preferred, not required
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience with mixed-use and residential
- Strong technical background in terms of materials knowledge, detailing, and systems coordination
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
