What will you do:

 
  • Assisting the sales and project management team with technical questions, video consultations / onsite meetings (only when possible) with prospective clients and end clients, pricing, scoping, and other support.
  • Peer review the projects designed by the consultant team.
  • Mentor & assist junior architects and business team throughout the course of projects
  • Work on a variety of standardization and improvement projects and innovate new processes and tools for the architecture industry.

What you bring to the table:

 
  • Bachelors in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect required in California.
  • Minimum 10 years of California residential experience.
  • Strong background in residential and commercial engineering and design.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD for developing detailed designs.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently on multiple projects at a time.
  • Advanced knowledge of building codes and application to design situations.
  • Making calculations and preparing reports, designs, drawings, concepts, and layouts.
  • Providing technical advice and planning or building regulations approval.
  • Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills.
  • Help drive sales and delivery growth via collaboration with sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Help with video consultations and onsite meetings (only when possible) with prospective clients and leads for sales growth.
  • Affinity to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to learn new systems & processes quickly while adapting to a tech-savvy environment.
  • Manage time efficiently and work effectively and proactively with other members of the team.
  • Review designs and analyses.
  • Technically savvy and have an aptitude to learn technical details and environments.
