We have an immediate opening for a Chief Estimator with a significant background in commercial construction estimating to join a well-established specialty contractor in the greater Fredericksburg, VA area. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Chief Estimator opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management / Architecture (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of estimating experience for commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in estimating and take off software such as, On-Screen Take-Off and Quick Bid
- Experience leading a team of estimators
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
