Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing - Seeking Quality Engineer with experience with Military/Space/Defense customers.

**Offering $1,000 new hire bonus to new employees on the day shift, will be paid after 6 months of employment.**

1 Opening at each location:

Cassavant Machining LLC - 3617 E. La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (South Phoenix - 40th St & Southern)

CassMac LLC - 2688 E. Rose Garden Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85050 (North Phoenix - 101 & Cave Creek Rd)

Aerospace Quality Engineer:


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in aerospace field dealing with military/defense/space customers with in depth knowledge of specs and requirements.
  • Assist in Maintaining the AS9100 QMS for compliance.
  • Including but limited to management review, CAPA, supplier compliance, COTO, audits and training. Performing quality reviews of planning of processes.
  • Assist in quality clinics, nonconforming material review and disposition.
  • Good understanding of FAIRS, inspection, PPAP, APQP is helpful.
  • Problem solving in a fast pace environment.
  • Good communication skills, working with a team or independently as needed.


  • Minimum High School Diploma or trade school
  • Must be at least 18 years old and Authorized to work in the US
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.
