We have an immediate need for an Exterior Wall Inspector to join a well-established Engineering firm in Pelham, NY. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Exterior Wall Inspector opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Must be a P.E. or R.A in New York
- Must have QEWI or ability to obtain in 24 months
- 10+ years of exterior restoration structural engineering experience
- Special Inspection certifications are a plus
- Building envelope and waterproofing experience
- Experience working from suspended and pipe scaffolding
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, STAAD, ETABS, ENERCALC and AutoCAD
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
