We have an immediate need for a Construction Manager with land development experience to join a well-established Engineering firm in Maitland, FL. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience in field related civil designs
- Able to coordinate with CAD technician on record drawings as needed
- Able to prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs
- Familiar with civil construction plans and general design background
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
