We have an immediate need for an Architectural Designer with experience in K-12 schools, healthcare, higher education, recreation, and corporate offices to join a well-established Architectural firm in Spokane, WA.
Requirements / Responsibilities for this Architectural Designer opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of design experience
- Project experience includes k-12, healthcare, higher education, recreation, and corporate office
- Conceptual knowledge of zoning and building codes, specifications, building /engineering systems, and agency requirements
- Proficiency with current 3 D design and graphic design software and ability to interface with BIM documentation tools
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
