Experience: 12-14 Years
Education: B.Tech/Masters in Civil/Project Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
· To oversees the Entire Operations of the company, P&L, Finance, overseeing projects, Tender Management, equipment purchases, HR.
· Making decisions that affect the day-to-day operations of the business.
· Decisions about the overall Operations of the company.
· Completing paperwork such as invoices, change requests, contracts and permit applications.
· may create a budget for each project.
· Also has to ensure that the company makes a profit from each construction project- in charge of invoicing clients and collecting payment as the project progresses.
· Your role will be crucial to the success of our company, as you will be giving all the strategic directions to the team across the whole company.
· Review financial and non-financial reports.
· Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution
· Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions.
· Encourage employee engagement.
· Train a high performing managerial team.
· Lead with an example and motivate subordinates.
