Role Definition:  RL Controls, LLC is seeking a well-rounded person with extreme attention to detail and follow through to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and has the willingness to learn, create and improve upon our requirements in a creative environment with a heavy learning curve. Ideal candidate will be a professional product designer who has technical experience and a solid background working in Solidworks and AutoCAD creating 2D, 3D drawings and functional models.
 
The candidate should be focused and methodical with excellent analytical skills. Success in this role requires good time management skills, strong work ethic, and strong interpersonal communication skills with cross-functional teams. This person must possess strong organizational tools, be highly motivated and be able to complete tasks to a schedule on time. Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE.
We are looking for a positive contributor to our team. This role may require you to be flexible and willing to perform other tasks away from this position as needed.
