***The position is not in Dayton, it is located near the Fort Walton Beach, FL area***.

This position will support a new effort in strategy gaming for military customers. The position will require an understanding of strategy gaming structure, programming, LUA scripting, and military operations The successful candidate will provide technical support to strategy wargaming taskings including database development, scenario development, and process definition support. Some ancillary software support will be required. The majority of work will support government customers, successful candidate must be able to obtain a US security clearance. ***The position is not in Dayton, it is located near the Fort Walton Beach, FL area***.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science Degree, or four years’ experience in LUA scripting and strategy gaming
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with complex strategy gaming environments
Demonstrational application of LUA scripting
Attention to Detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Due to the nature of this position, US citizenship is required
Willing to travel
As minimum of three years of directly related experience is required for P2 level.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Masters of Science Degree in an engineering discipline
4+ years’ experience in complex strategy gaming design, application, or use
Experience in DoD operational or logistics planning/policy
Experience with programming languages NPSS, Python, JAVA, MATLAB, Fortran
Demonstrated experience working with customers at various levels
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated effective verbal communication with clients at all levels
Demonstrated successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage various project activities ensuring accurate task completion
Active US Security Clearance with Top Secret eligibility
