We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager to join a well-established Development firm in Richmond, VA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 3-5+ years of professional construction experience
- Project types include office, industrial, and multi-family
- Experience with construction from the ground up
- Ability to negotiate contracts with general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Proficient in Excel and Word
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
