Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Design-Build office is seeking a highly skilled individual who can hit the ground running as a Design-Build Program Liaison. Design-Build (DB) is a method of project delivery in which one entity works under a single contract to provide design and construction services.
 
This position is the Design-Build Liaison who is a member of the State Construction Office Design-Build Program. Design-Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity works under a single contract with WSDOT to provide design and construction services. This position is responsible to coordinate, develop, and provide training on approved DB topics. This position is also responsible for providing consistent direction and support to all the DB project Region offices. The Design Build Program Liaison interfaces with various groups at HQ’s Construction Office to ensure the DB Manual and tools are consistent with the policies and procedures in the WSDOT Construction Manual. This position is the Subject Matter Expert for DB QV and the Construction Audit Tracking System (CATS) and/or its replacement system.
