1. Project Management & Collaboration
BIM Implementation Strategy
* Supervise Modeler / Technical Co-ordinator / Architect and prepare drawings for Architectural project
* Report regularly to BIM Lead / Engineer on the progress of work to Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner..
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors on projects administrative matters;
* Strive to build strong network connections with project customers.
* Working closely with project management team to Formulate BIM strategy, initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
* Ensure that the model and drawing aligns and adhere with the standards checklist and goals set in company's BIM Execution Plan, BIM project procedure workflow, and BIM standards criteria
* Responsible for Develop, Review and Documentation compilation of (or contribution to) the project BIM Execution Plan, including input to Quality Assurance and Quality Control of models and drawings and development of Technology Plans.
BIM Coordination Meetings
*Assist for BIM Coordination offsite & onsite implementation via BIM coordination meeting with Project Consultants and coordination with BIM Coordinators of other disciplines
* Prepare BIM model, discipline Revit model, content and documentation content for BIM Coordination Meetings
* Coordinate BIM use on project, determine schedule of use, sharing activities, quality control, modelling responsibilities and documentation in BIM Execution Plan
* Oversee BIM execution and coordination of projects to meet Company goals and objectives
* Coordination, sequencing, constructability and producing as-built models and design documentation using BIM software tool.
* Prepare drawings 3D Model for construction, coordination as built purposes.
Documentation and Project Coordination
* Produce accurate technical and construction documentation inside of REVIT Planning & Modelling environment
* Handle project site, administrative and design coordination & rectification
* Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.
*Familiarity with compliance with the relevant government planning and building authority regulatory requirement, BIM execution plan and guideline standards
*Assist with compliance to the relevant Health and Safety legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations
Authority Submission
* Liaise and coordination with project stakeholders, such as Consultants, Architects and Construction Team on submissions, updates or changes and Perform the Clash Checking before submission.
* Carry out proper procedures to prepare and update drawing drafting and 3D BIM model for the different stages of issue & authority submission of the project assigned.
* Able to assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes
* Carry out proper procedures & preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue & authority submission of the project assigned.
* Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule to the authorities
BIM Modeling
* Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM Learn and Demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (MEPF & Coordination).
* Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes
* Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build (AS)
* Lead and assist with implementation of BIM models for project
*Monitor update model as per site condition changes.
*Follow BIM standards, deliverable and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project.
*Able to adapt with other BIM Modelling tools required in projects.
