***The position is not in Dayton, it is located near the Fort Walton Beach, FL area***. This position will support an effort in strategy gaming for military customers. The position will require a working knowledge of military operations, strategy gaming structure, and modeling and simulation execution. The successful candidate will provide technical support to strategy wargaming taskings including database development, scenario development, process definition, modeling, simulation and exercise support. Some ancillary software support will be required. The majority of work will support government customers, successful candidate must be able to obtain a US security clearance. ***The position is not in Dayton, it is located near the Fort Walton Beach, FL area***.


Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an aviation related field OR an associate's degree in an aviation related field with 8 years experience in DoD operational or logistics planning/policy
Demonstrational experience with design, planning or execution of Live, Virtual or Constructive military exercises
Experience with complex strategy gaming environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Attention to Detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Due to the nature of this position, US citizenship is required
Willing to travel

Preferred Qualifications

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Bachelors of Science Degree in an aerospace engineering discipline
Masters of Science Degree in an engineering discipline
4+ years’ experience in complex strategy gaming design, application, or use
4+ years’ experience with design, planning or execution of Live, Virtual or Constructive military exercises
10+ years’ experience in USAF operational or logistics planning/policy
Formal DoD defense wargaming training
Demonstrated experience working with customers at various levels
Contract management experience
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage various project activities ensuring accurate task completion
Active US Security Clearance with Top Secret eligibility

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide.
