Job Summary
Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a remote Project Engineer for the Civil Engineering Design division of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in land development, water and sewer projects, stormwater management, erosion control, parking lots, and road design. This position will be responsible for designing and producing plans for a wide range of land development projects including commercial sites, subdivisions, apartment buildings, roads, and more. The position will be the main contact for a group of clients and will ensure that the company’s high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.
The person awarded this position will…

• write proposals
• identify key permit milestones
• design key infrastructure
• oversee plan production
• coordinate with review authorities and clients

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
• 4 years’ experience in engineering design preferred
• Experience using AutoCAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D would be a plus)
• Experience in land/site development design and permitting
• Self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional Engineer license with the capability of getting licensed in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina (preferred, but not required)
