We serve a variety of clients in the educational, healthcare, governmental and commercial markets.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a drafter in our Springfield, Illinois office with the potential to develop into a design position.

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in drafting of electrical and mechanical building systems
• Ability to work independently on assignments under guidance of senior staff
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral

Minimum Position Responsibilities:

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
• Assist with layout of building systems
• Verification of existing site conditions (including documentation of systems above ceilings, on roofs, etc.)
• Knowledge of building codes
