This position reports to the Manager of the Evansville Office and is a key role in BRiC Partnership. The responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer include working with a department of professional engineers and engineering support staff. You will direct support staff, manage client relationships and foster a collaborative environment with other disciplines and firms.

BRiC Partnership is a well respected mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and technology engineering firm with offices in Belleville and Springfield, Illinois; St. Louis, Missouri; and Evansville, Indiana. We serve a variety of clients in the educational, healthcare, governmental and commercial markets.

Required:

4+ years of experience in building power, lighting and technology system design

BS in electrical or architectural engineering

Professional licensure or ability to obtain

Ability to manage projects

Excellent communications skills, both written and oral

Minimum Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for projects from schematic design through construction

Working knowledge of the NEC and NFPA

Proficient with AutoCAD/ Revit

Load calculations

Lighting Design

Layout and sizing of systems

Specifications

Estimating

Coordination with architects and owners

Shop drawing review and Construction Management

Verification of existing site conditions (including documentation of systems above ceilings, on roofs, etc.)
