Transportation Technicians – Multiple Positions

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking multiple temporary engineering technicians in Spokane to perform technical work in support of primarily construction and some design activities of WSDOT projects. In this high impact role, the selected individuals will provide essential skills for the delivery of critical tasks and will be a part of the foundation for project delivery. This includes field site assessments, assisting with the basic level design and development of plans, specifications, and estimates, inspecting construction projects, testing materials, basic surveying, and other duties necessary to ensure that WSDOT projects are designed and constructed according to established standards and specifications. You will be working in varied environments, such as out in the field, in an office atmosphere, and in the laboratory.
