Your experience you bring will include:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Construction Estimator
• Experience leading medium to large-sized projects
• Experience working in the general contractor and on-site environments
• Solid knowledge of contracts, specifications, construction methods and procedures
• Expert knowledge of key principles involved in bid preparation, quantity take off procedures, project scheduling, sub-trade procurement, pricing and bid closing procedures
