The candidate will assist more senior engineering staff on research projects to perform research on theoretical, computational, and experimental RF techniques. This research will involve preparing technical presentations, publishing research papers, and preparing research proposals. Research and development activities often will be subject to ITAR.


Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Applied experience with Radar signal processing.
- Applied experience with Matlab/Simulink at least 1 of related experience.
- Due to the nature of this position, U.S. Citizenship is required.


Preferred Qualifications

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

- Applied systems design experience in working with RF phenomenologies, such as directional finding and tomography.
- Applied experience in conducting EO/IR and RF experiments.
- Hands on experience using various test equipment for debugging EO/IR/RF systems, such as Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and VNAs.
- Applied experience using Software Defined Radios (SDR).


- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide.
