Once at the level of Transportation Engineer 4, the successful incumbent will perform professional hydrologic and hydraulic engineering computations for the preparation or review of hydraulic reports, roadway plans, hydraulic bases of design, and drainage plans. Assignments involve independent responsibility for fish passage projects of considerable scope and complexity as well as providing hydraulics and stormwater classroom training to project offices statewide.
