Responsibilities include: 

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, operations associates, marketers, and salespeople. You'll drive product feature development from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities to drive outcomes that align with business objectives and product strategy.
• Run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product direction.
• Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions.
• With each launch, drive adoption, measure results, optimize product, present wins, celebrate team. 
• Ensure clear communication and coordination across partners. 

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of product management experience highly preferred.
• Conversational fluency in Mandarin highly preferred.
• B2B experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math preferred. MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, pivot quickly, and maintain nimbleness and flexibility required.
• Demonstrated the ability to think abstractly about problems required.
• Strong empathy and deep understanding of customers required.
• Proficient in extracting insights from product metrics and making data-driven decisions required.
• Demonstrated capability to translate complex business and product goals into clearly understandable product specifications required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence other team members required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action required.
