We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with commercial, education, and industrial experience to join a well-established contractor in Cincinnati, OH. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science or related
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred
- 7+ years of work experience in the construction of commercial, education, and industrial projects
- Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors
- Forecast and analyze constructions costs, exposures, and profits until the projects are completed
- Negotiate and price all owner and subcontractor change orders
- Knowledge of Procore, Windows, and Microsoft Office
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
