We have an immediate need for a Director of Design Engineering with mechanical, structural, and avionics design, stress analysis, testing, and document control experience to join a well-established Engineering firm in Denver, CO.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Director of Design Engineering opportunity includes:

• Master's degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering required
• 10 years experience in engineering management in a substantive airframe or medication
• 5 years experience managing a wide range of projects from small to large
• 1-2 years experience in aircraft delivery operations
• Ability to develop and execute operating budgets
• Experience with quality management systems and / or regulatory compliance desired
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
