Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) GeoMetrix office in Tumwater, WA is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 3 to serve as the Survey Support Engineer. This position provides technical support to surveyors and engineers in the use of survey equipment and survey software. The Survey Support Engineer actively participates in a statewide technical help desk supporting HQ, regions, consultant engineers and technicians focusing on the uses of survey and civil engineering software applications. It also contributes to the development, distribution, training, and communication of software resources and process workflows that ensure compliance to WSDOT standards and effective project delivery.
