Salesforce.com seeks a Senior Product Manager at our San Francisco, CA office located at 415 Mission Street, 94105. Job Duties: Represent the customer through building intimate, personal customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales implementations and incorporate the customer’s voice into the software development lifecycle to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes. Develop and discover new opportunities through monitoring the market, the customers, competitors, and working with the engineering teams. Provide technical expertise in sales cycles as required to ensure success. Create demos for internal and external use. Own the product vision for your product area and ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision through utilizing expertise on the domain, the market, and the trends. Define success measures used to define success for your product at product inception, track success measures throughout the product’s lifecycle, make measures visible to all stakeholders, and interpret success measures into actionable conclusions and new hypotheses.  Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in the field of business analysis or systems analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered or Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of business analysis or systems analysis or seven (7) years of experience in the job offered.
